Shipping policy

We ship using various different couriers. This means that we put our faith into our couriers  to deliver your goods in the same 5* standard that we shipped them out in. However, once your goods have left our premises then the goods then become your responsibility. You must ensure that you enter the correct shipping information on checkout to prevent any issues.

If you select Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class standard then by selecting this option you are agreeing to the shipping policy. If the item is missing or doesn't turn up then we can't be held responsible. We can follow up with Royal Mail but we won't be able to issue a refund or send replacements. If you are worried about this, then please use one of our tracked services.

ROYAL MAIL NOT TRACKED SERVICE! If you select this option we cannot guarantee that your goods will reach you. This is because there is no tracking information. Unfortunately we cannot accept any liability for loss of products if you select this service as we do offer a tracked service as well.
